Beef tartare with roast heirloom beetroot, quail yolk and horseradish

Truffled roast cauliflower soup with wild seasonal mushroom bruschetta (ve)

Honey and thyme poached beetroot, kale and chestnut wellington (ve)

Roast crown of turkey & glazed Kentish ham with pigs in blankets and stuffing

(each of the above to be served with traditional festive garnish)

Grilled fillet of salmon with anchovy pesto, sprout tops, parsnip purée & crisps
