STAKEHAUS is an independent food brand we started over 11 years ago, built around good beef, big flavours and food that feels generous and unfussy. After years of cooking in markets, street food spots and busy kitchens, bringing STAKEHAUS into a proper Margate pub felt like the right next step.
We work with Brogdale Butchers for our British meat and keep the menus rooted in solid, satisfying pub food – steaks, burgers, sides and regular specials that change with the seasons. On Sundays, that naturally turns into a proper roast.
It’s the same STAKEHAUS approach, just at home in a pub by the sea.
